You know, some so called happiness gurus will say that every day you should write down things that you are grateful for and you will feel better. NO! What if instead of this you should write down things that annoy you? What is the point of writing down things that are OK? They are OK anyway. But writing down things that annoy you gives you the chance to fix these things and it gives you relief. Loud neighbor? Write down : “loud neighbor – report him to police”. Your delivery meal sucked? Write: “Meal sucked – tell the restaurant.” You see? By writing down the rants you are actively taking the first step to improving things. Negativity can be positive too!
